Frank'e heart gave out while he was jogging. How did you arrive at murder?

The police don't believe he had a heart attack.

Jerry you really are doing his family an injustice by claiming Frank was murdered. There is absolutely no evidence of it and don't believe for a minute anyone in the police department suspects murder.

I have had to reconsider the word murder. Usually I don't use anecdotal evidence, everything being based on newspaper and genealogy reports etc otherwise. Of course what has made me change my mind is also anecdotal. The crux being that Frank Silvestro was not exactly the jogging type, however, the argument that these guys were being forced to think of about their health in the later 1970's makes sense, especially since wives or mistresses probably made some of the aging guys think fitness, so it isn't so unlikely that Frank Silvestro could have been jogging, especially just starting out when he might be more susceptible to a heart attack. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, My apologies.
